Kampala, Uganda — Senior Presidential Advisor and Kayunga District Chairperson of the National Resistance Movement, Moses Karangwa Kalisa, has died following a tragic accident.
The sad news was confirmed by the Minister in charge of the Presidency, Milly Babalanda, who described Karangwa as a loyal and dedicated member of the ruling party whose contribution to the country and the NRM would be greatly remembered.
“We extend our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family during this difficult time. May his soul rest in eternal peace,” Babalanda said in her condolence message.
Karangwa was widely known for his mobilization work within Kayunga District and his service in government as a Senior Presidential Advisor.
Leaders and supporters within the NRM have started sending condolence messages following news of his passing, describing him as a committed cadre who served the party with dedication.
Details surrounding the accident had not yet been fully disclosed by press time.
