The Tirupati family, the proprietor of Tirupati Development (U) Limited is saddened by the untimely death of their mother Mrs Leelaben Maganbhai Barot.
Miraj Barot, the Managing Director of Tirupati Development (U) Limited, announced the passing of 94-year-old Mrs Barot on Wednesday.
“Mother of Shri Harshadbhai Maganllal Barot has left this material body and departed for heavenly abode. The loss of their beloved mother grieves Tirupati Family. May her soul rest in eternal peace,” the family said in a death announcement.
The deceased, Leela Barot, is survived by her son Harshad Barot and grandchildren Parul Barot, Miraj Barot, Kruti Barot and Juhi Barot. Her other son was the late Narendra Barot. Narendra’s children are Meenaben Barot, Mehulbahi Barot and Riddhiben Barot.
The family formed a non-government organization and named it after the deceased. Leela Foundation Uganda supports elderly people nationwide with food, clothes and medical supplies.
