Bakaima Real Estates is continuing to strengthen its presence within Uganda’s property sector through land sales and residential estate developments targeting both first-time buyers and property investors.

Based on publicly available property listings and promotional materials shared on social media platforms, the company has been associated with several land sale projects in areas such as Ssonde-Namwezi through Namugongo, where it has marketed 50x100ft plots suitable for immediate development

The company is increasingly positioning itself within Uganda’s competitive real estate industry, which has seen growing demand for residential land in rapidly urbanizing areas around Kampala and Wakiso District.

Among the highlighted locations linked to the company are estates in Namwezi-Ssonde, where listings have promoted titled plots aimed at home developers and long-term investors.

Bakaima Real Estates has also attracted attention through its participation in real estate conferences and industry discussions. During its recent 10-year anniversary celebrations, the company described itself as part of Uganda’s evolving land ownership and housing landscape.

“Bakaima Real Estate Agents have been shaping Uganda’s land ownership journey,” one promotional statement noted ahead of a housing conference held in Kampala.

Industry analysts say demand for affordable plots around Kampala metropolitan areas continues to grow due to rapid population expansion, urban migration, and increasing interest in real estate investment.

The wider property market has also seen competition from other agencies and estate developers offering residential, commercial, and farmland opportunities along major transport corridors including Entebbe Road, Masaka Road, Jinja Road, Hoima Road, Gayaza Road, and Mityana Road.

Real estate experts, however, continue to advise prospective buyers to conduct proper due diligence, including land title verification and confirmation of ownership documents, before making property purchases.

Uganda’s real estate sector remains one of the country’s fastest-growing industries, driven by rising urbanization, infrastructure development, and growing demand for housing and commercial space.
